Welcome to Ayumi, an AI-powered friendship application developed and operated by Vermont Mutual Insurance Company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Ayumi application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ayumi, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ayumi is an AI-driven platform designed to help users build friendships and social connections. The App uses artificial intelligence to facilitate interactions, provide recommendations, and enhance user experience. Ayumi is not a dating or romantic relationship platform.

3. User Responsibilities

Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement.

Respect other users and refrain from harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior.

Not share personal information (e.g., phone numbers, addresses) with strangers on the App.

5. AI Interactions

Create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Ayumi are owned by Vermont Mutual Insurance Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ayumi at any time, with or without notice, for violations of this Agreement or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ayumi is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vermont Mutual Insurance Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ayumi.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, USA. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Vermont.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of Ayumi after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
